VIP Membership

VIP Guidelines

  1. VIP Members must complete 30 reviews (that meet Buzz Team Review Guidelines) and made at least $100 worth of customer purchases from BetterSex.com to apply for VIP Team.
  2. VIP Members are required to complete a minimum of 18 reviews (6 POM reviews and 12 sample reviews) annually to remain at VIP status.
  3. VIP Members will guarantee a more secure place on the team if occasional purchases are made. For example: If a member completed $100 worth of purchases over 3 years ago and haven't ordered since, what's up with that? Maybe buy a lube once in a while with your 25% discount.
  4. VIP Team has a limited amount of participants. If there are no opening, applicants will be placed on a waiting list.
  5. Quarterly audits help Administration determine if our best members are on this team, current VIP team members will have accounts reviewed as well as the waiting list in these audits. If there are any VIP team members that are not meeting requirements, the top of the waiting list will take their place and that VIP member will be moved to regular Buzz Team status.
  6. POM reviews are required within one month of receipt. If you encounter a personal issue, please notify the administration and your account will be labeled as emergency inactive. However if 6 months pass without contact, Administration will email and you will be given one week to reconcile your account before it is deactivated.
  7. Buzz Team samples require submission within 1 month. Up to 2 samples are allowed out at a time. If 2 samples are chosen at a time, at least 1 of them is required within 1 month. If only 1 sample is chosen at a time, please return this review within 1 month.
  8. Social participation is a requirement of VIP Team. VIP members must have an account with our Better Sex Network and will be more highly valued if they also follow our social platforms. Occasional commenting, review linking and/or blogging are expected from our VIP members (at least 1 a cycle, 4 a year).
  9. Being an active customer also increases your value and secures your VIP status. We understand that many do not have the funds to make monthly purchases. Active is considered at least one purchase every 12-18 months. VIP members that have not made purchase in 30+ months will need to outperform other members in every other aspect to stay at the top of VIP.

Requesting Product of the Month (POM)
1. Review for the last (current) POM sample is required before a member may request their next sample.
2. POM requests and reviews follow a strict timeline that the member must be able to adhere to in order to receive a product of their choice each and every month.
3. If an excessive amount of time passes on the POM review submission, that member will not be able to request any sample until the outstanding review is submitted. Vice versa, if an excessive amount of time passes on sample review(s) submission, that member will not be able to request a POM sample until the outstanding review(s) is submitted.
4. Reviews for POM samples are expected within a month of receipt. Excessive amounts of time are further detailed in the VIP Guidelines above.
5. Please complete the POM request form . An administrator will notify you within 48 hours regarding your selection.

Shipment & Request Schedule
1. VIP Members may request POM samples as early as they are able. However, keep in mind that if a member burns through 12 POM samples in 6 months, that member will have to wait until the following year (6 months) to send in another request.
2. All POM requests must be turned in no later than the 7th day (end of the 1st week) of the consecutive month. In example, January requests will not be processed after January 7th, any requests turned in after that date will be processed as February.
3. POM samples are shipped from our product inventory in our warehouse. These products are shipped via USPS so make any necessary allotments in your schedule for this. VIP members will receive an email when the product ships but no tracking.
