How are Buzz Team members compensated?
Buzz Team Members earn free samples, receive manufacturer proto-types, special discounts and awards. We manage the program similar to Netflix, sending samples to team members, awaiting reviews and then sending more samples.

Is it possible to receive expensive products such as Liberator Shapes?
We need reviews on all of our products, so we do make a limited number of high end products available to our most active Buzz Team Members who’ve made consistent contributions. Buzz Team Administration values the reviewers that are enthusiastic and take this program seriously... these are the members that receive high end products for review.

Can I buy a product and write a Buzz Team review?
Yes, our best Buzz Team Members don’t wait on what is free. They purchase products of interest, write reviews and actively comment and participate on our social networks. We understand some Buzz Team Members' financial resources may not support increased reviews through purchases. In these cases, the quality of the reviews and quick turn around go a long way to increasing a team members' status and administration rewards this level of participation.

What do I do if my sample does not work (is defective)?
Manufacturer defects are a natural part of every mass production process. Please notify Buzz Team Administration if you receive a defective product BEFORE you submit a negative review. Many times, you have simply encountered a defect not a bad product. Please allow us to replace the item so that it may be reviewed properly. We provide the same level of customer service to all our customers and appreciate the ability to model that with our Buzz Team. It is unnecessary to apply a universal negative to a product line when most likely a very small percent of that product production is affected.
